TO:  All current and former hourly-paid, non-exempt employees including nursing staff, nursing aides, nursing assistants or other employees with similar job duties employed by RCCH Trios Health, LLC, RCCH Trios Physicians, LLC, Columbia Capital Medical Center, LP, and/or Lourdes Health, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), at any time from April 3, 2016 to the present.

RE:  Collective Action Lawsuit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) lawsuit seeking alleged unpaid wages.
